We made a huge mistake last night. Normally I just watch election debates at home but last night was different. We had a small party to attend, it was a group of county Republicans. We could have stayed to watch the debate on a large screen tv but one of my friends wanted to attend a gathering put together by the Music Row for McCain/Palin group. Oy! Big mistake. It was at a sports bar somewhere around Vanderbilt. Most of the people there were Young Republicans but it was impossible to hear the tv. One tv had closed captioning on and that’s how we had to follow the dialogue. We happened to be sitting right under this tv so a recliner would have been nice.
