The Tennessee ConserVOLiance

In this time of economic turmoil here at home, isn’t it a blessing VW is coming to TN! Sarcastically or not, I believe this question would be asked by others along with myself. I have wondered, as I have watched the excitement generated by “official” statements and proclamations of how VW will impact Chattanooga and TN, is this all it‘s beefed up to be? And then, being the inquisitive little fellow I am, I started to ponder some questions. Now understand, I am not against prosperity and frugality of tradesmanship. And if something good can happen in the way of manufacturing to help TN and Chattanooga, I’m all for it. But I don’t mind looking at the whole thing in the light of both its pros and cons. Clearly for me, some observations of VW and it’s endeavors within America are in order.
